Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a clerical error in the judgment dated 16.09.2025, inasmuch as, the FIR number has been inadvertently typed as 351/2021 instead of 351/2020. 2.

Admittedly, the FIR number, as per Annexure P-1, is 351/2020 under Sections498-A/406/34 CPC. Thus, there appears to be a clerical error in the judgment dated 16.09.2025.

The application is allowed and the judgment dated 16.09.2025 be treated as a judgment passed in FIR No. 351/2020. RAVINDER DUDEJA, J.
