Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force constituted by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs vide Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 to seek amelioration of his grievance relating to alleged unauthorized construction in property bearing No. H-787 New Seelampur, Delhi.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
