This is a petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to produce the minor child "V", who has been unlawfully detained by him.
