% 05.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to bring in amendment to the first suit it being Civil Suit No. 82/10/2010 pending in the Court of Ms. Tyagita Singh, Senior Civil Judge for South District at Saket whereby the additional prayer for damages for the irreparable loss caused may also be added. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
