The present petition under Section 29A(4) and Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making the arbitral award.

The Arbitral proceedings arose between the parties in respect of claim/s filed by the petitioner under Section 3(G) of the National Highway Act, 1956 seeking compensation in respect of its land acquired by the respondent.

Respective counsel for the parties jointly request that a suitable extension be granted to complete the arbitral proceedings and to make The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
