Criminal Revision Petition under Section 438 read with Section 442 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against Order dated 27.01.2025 passed by learned JMFC-05, Saket Courts in CC No.509/2023, vide which Complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file afresh before the learned Sessions Court, in accordance with law.
