Das, counsel for Petitioners, states that the underlying cases which were sought to be transferred through the above captioned petitions stand resolved and the Petitioner and the Complainant are now residing together. He submits that the reliefs sought in the present petitions are rendered infructuous and therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petitions.
