Crl. M.C.No.754/2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No. 526/2013 under Section 354-B/509 of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, at Police Station North Rohini, Delhi.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
