The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 768/2025.

It is submitted by the prosecution that the petitioner has been arrested in the present case. In this regard, a copy of the status report dated 15.12.2025 has been handed over to this Court today. 3.

Paragraph 9 of the aforesaid status report reads thus: <That on 18/11/2025, during execution of Non Bailable Warrant, accused/applicant Yasmeen @ Gudiya was arrested in the present case. That initially accused/applicant Yasmeen @ Gudiya during interrogation did not co-operate and did not reveal details of the person Haabra from whom she allegedly purchases smack as per the disclosure of co-accused Ramjani @ Azad who is the real brother of accused Yasmeen @ Gudiya= 4.
