Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 08.10.2024, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-PCI unequivocally submits that the case is not covered by the decision of the Supreme Court. He also raises objection with respect to territorial jurisdiction. He points out that vide order dated 14.10.2024, under almost similar circumstances, the Court declined to entertain the writ petition and has relegated the petitioner therein, to approach the jurisdictional High Court. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to take appropriate recourse, in accordance with law. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed, is granted.
