The present case has been reflected as pending in the regular cause list w.e.f. 21.01.2016. As none was present on behalf of the petitioner on the said date, counsel for the respondents was requested to contact the counsel for the petitioner and inform him about the pendency of this case. Subsequently, on 01.02.2016, counsel for the respondents had handed over proof of dispatch of intimation letter to the petitioner and his counsel. However, none had appeared for the petitioner on the said date or even prior thereto on 22.01.2016 and 29.01.2016.
