This matter was disposed of vide order dated 9.3.2018. However, after closely examining the file, some deficiencies were noted. Inter alia, what came to light was that no assertion was made as to whether the petitioner was desirous of getting the name of Epopee Marketing Pvt. Ltd. struck of from the Register of Companies.
