This is an application file by the applicant/revisionist No. 2 seeking permission to withdraw the revision petition. 2.
As per the revisionist No. 2, there is an amount of Rs. 11 lakhs lying deposited with the learned MM in the form of FDR. 3.
During the course of the hearing, the parties have agreed that an amount of Rs.
lakhs be released to the respondent through counsel/nominee/AR and the interest accrued on the amount of Rs. 11 lakhs shall be shared between the revisionists and the respondent in the ratio of 75% and 25% i.e. 75% of the interest accrued on Rs. 11 lakhs shall be paid to the revisionists and 25% of the interest accrued on Rs. 11 lakhs shall be paid to the respondent.
