Second Bail Application under Section 482 read with Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking bail in FIR No. 0345/2024 under Sections 406/419/420/120B/506/34 IPC, registered at PS: Mundka.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file afresh before the learned Trial Court, in view of changed circumstances that the proceedings initiated under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been set aside.

In view of submissions made, present Bail Application along with pending Application, if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
