Petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for partial quashing of e-FIR No.80020915 dated 23.02.2025 under Sections 305/331(4)/317(2)/3(5) BNS, registered at PS: New Friends Colony in terms of Mediation Settlement dated 29.05.2025. 4.
Issue Notice. Learned APP for the State appearing on advance Notice, accepts Notice.

Petitioner is an accused with the allegations that he has received the stolen jeweler articles. It is a case of partial quashing of FIR in terms of Mediation Settlement dated 29.05.2025.
