After some hearing, Mr. Rabin Majumder, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to pursue the review petition filed by the petitioner before the Supreme Court for review of its order dated 31.07.2025 in Civil Appeal Nos. 99309931/2025 [arising out of SLP (C) Nos. 8264-8265/2023]. 2.

The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

Needless to state, this order does not intend to come in the way of the review petition filed by the petitioner pending before the Supreme Court.
