This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/respondent/RBI seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 08.10.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges that due to the delay occasioned in the matter, they have re-considered their decision and they have sought withdrawal of the application moved with the RBI.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsels for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, all pending applications also stand disposed of.
