The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "A.
Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to the Respondent Bank to immediately defreeze the bank account of the petitioner firm bearing no. 409002066104, maintained with Respondent Bank, having its branch at Palam Vihar, Gurugram."

Mr. Arjun Syal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not press the present petition any further in case a direction is given to the respondent/RBL Bank to treat the present petition as representation and decide the same within a time bound manner.

Ms. Survi Agarwal, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent/Bank. She submits that she has no objection in case appropriate directions are given.

respondent bank to treat the present petition as representation and decide the same within a period of three weeks by passing a speaking order, and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner through its counsel within a period of one week thereafter.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court afresh in case the representation of the petitioner is rejected by the respondent bank.
