The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 2 to 3 to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent no. 4, in property bearing No. A-60, Gali No. 4, Jagatpuri, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051. 2.
Responding to the present petition, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that construction in the said property is being undertaken, pursuant to a Sanctioned Building Plan. It is further submitted on behalf of MCD that upon inspection of the property, certain excess coverage and deviations were found. She, thus, submits that the property has been booked for unauthorized construction and Show Cause Notice dated 12th September, 2025, has been issued. 4.
Accordingly, it is directed that requisite action shall be taken by the MCD, after following the due procedure and in accordance with law. 5.
In case, any of the parties are aggrieved by any action or non-action of the MCD, they shall have liberty to seek their remedies, in accordance with law.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
