After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition in view of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261 as well as judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in 'Parikshit Grewal & Ors. v. Union of India & Anr.', LPA No. 971/2024, decided on 27.09.2024.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, in accordance with law. Pending application also stands disposed of.
