The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent to decide the Petitioner's original Tools Loan applications under Rule 276 in accordance with law and to process and grant the same within a specified time frame; b. Direct the Respondent to disburse the Tools Loan to the Petitioner along with all accrued benefits; and interest thereon. c. Direct an inquiry into the procedural lapses and dereliction of duty by the Board officials;

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order dated 31.08.2023 passed by the respondent rejecting the petitioner's application for construction tool loan as per Rule 276 of Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002.
