The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari and / or any other appropriate Writ/Order or Direction Quashing/setting aside the exparte Judgement dated 01.12.2023 passed by the add. District and Sessions Judge-cum- Presiding Officer of Labour Court-V (POLCV), Rouse Avenue court, New Delhi, in industrial dispute bearing case no. 465/2020, titled "Mr. Ashok Kumar vs. Mis. New Friends Club"; (ii) Pass any other order (s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondent."
