The present petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of one (1) year. 2.

The matter has been fixed for final arguments from 18th November, 2025 to 27th November, 2025.

To be noted, earlier also, an extension of six (6) months was granted by this Court vide order dated 24th March, 2025. 4.

Mr. Bhagwan Swarup Shukla, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, does not oppose the aforesaid request. 5.

In the interest of justice, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of six (6) months from today.
