% 16.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours.

A quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 on some trivial issues, which had led to registration of the present FIR no. 32/2015 under Sections 452/325 IPC read with Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Chhawla on the complaint of respondent no.2. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide a Compromise Deed dated 6th December, 2016; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Manvir Singh of Police

Station Chhawla. They say that that they have now settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the fact that a quarrel took place between the neighbours on some trivial issues, which they have settled amicably in order to maintain harmonious relation in future, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 32/2015 under Sections 452/325 IPC read with Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Chhawla and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J .
