This petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.462/2023, under Section 380 IPC, P.S. Patel Nagar basis settlement arrived at between the parties on 3rd May 2024 with the facilitation of Counselling Cell, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, which is on record of this Court. 2.
Petitioner and respondent no.2/complainant are present before the Court and are duly identified by the IO.

Respondent no.2 states that he has no objection to quashing of the FIR as the substance of disputes arose out of matrimonial discord between petitioner and brother of respondent no.2, which have since been resolved and all aspects have been taken into account. 4.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. 5.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed and FIR No.462/2023, under Section 380 IPC, P.S. Patel Nagar and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of as infructuous.
