The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks following prayers: - "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors and punish them for committing contempt of order dated order dated 06.08.2025 passed by Ld. JFMC-03, Shahdara District Courts, Karkardooma District Courts, Delhi in the application filed by the petitioner for cancellation of look out circular dated 12.11.2024 arising out of FIR 575/24; (b) Issue direction to immediately cancel the LOC dated 12.11.2024 issued against the Petitioner;

Vide order dated 06.08.2025, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, in FIR No. 575/2024, under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at P.S. Welcome had allowed the petitioner's application for cancellation of the look out circular dated 12.11.2024. 5.

Mr. Rahul Singh, Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Bureau of Immigration, who appears through video conferencing, submits that upon the request of the DCP, North-East, Delhi, look out circular dated 12.11.2024 has since been deleted. This statement of Mr. Rahul Singh is taken on record. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 8.

Order be uploaded on the website of this Court forthwith. 9.

Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of the Court Master of this Court.
