% 29.02.2016 The present writ petition has been filed challenging suspension -cum-show cause notice dated 6th February, 2016 whereby FPS licence of the petitioner was suspended and he was given an opportunity to show cause as to why its authorization/license be not cancelled.

Admittedly, the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 24th February, 2016 against the impugned suspension order before respondent No. 2.

The grievance of the counsel for the petitioner is that no date of hearing has been fixed in the said appeal and stay application. Keeping in view the limited relief sought in the present writ petition, this Court directs respondent No. 2 to dispose of the petitioner's appeal and stay application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition and application stands disposed of. However, this Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all parties are left open. Order dasti.
