% 24.09.2018 Crl.M.A.32733/2018 (restoration) Though the grounds for absence on 27.08.2018 do not impress for the simple reason the website of the court would indicate the date fixed, having regard to the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, vis-a-vis the main petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed. CRL.M.C. 1122/2018 and Crl.M.A.4037/2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, the petitioners reserving the right to press the application which was moved on 02.11.2017 for deletion of their names from the array for adjudication by the Metropolitan Magistrate and if any adverse order is passed thereupon, pursue the remedies there against in accordance with law. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
