The present case has been placed before the Court by the Registrar (Original), who has observed in the order dated 13.05.2016 that the case file has been received back from the court of the learned District & Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, stating inter alia that it does not pertain to the South District.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff requests that the suit file may be transferred to the jurisdiction of the District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Registry is directed to transfer the file of the present suit to the District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi. The plaintiff shall appear before the concerned court on 26th August, 2016.
