After arguments and on the counsels taking instructions from the parties who are present in person, this appeal is disposed of by the consent order that respondent/plaintiff will receive from the appellant/defendant a total sum of Rs.3.75 lacs in full and final settlement of

all claims of the respondent/plaintiff against the appellant/defendant which is subject matter of these judicial proceedings. The amount of Rs.3.75 lacs be paid within six months from today as agreed. In case amount of Rs.3.75 lacs is not paid within six months, then, it is agreed that impugned judgment as a whole will stand revived.
