This petition has been listed on the board of this Court in view of the communication received from the Joint Registrar of the Armed Forces Tribunal, New Delhi in reference to OA 3664/2023 Maj. Priyanka Singh vs Union of India & Ors.

Suffice to state that we disposed of W.P.(C) 14250/2025 vide order dated 03.02.2026 by stating in Paragraph 6-8 as under: "6.

We have been informed that the OA is. listed for hearing on 13.02.2026.

We request the AFT to hear the learned counsel for the parties on 13.02.2026 or on any date to which the matter is adjourned to and decide the OA as expeditiously as possible." 3.

In the communication received, it is requested that six months be granted for deciding the O.A.

The learned counsel for the petitioners in the writ petitions state that in the proceedings before the Tribunal, the Tribunal has stayed the disciplinary proceedings and also the subsequent court of inquiry because of which the petitioners are unable to proceed against the respondent. 5.

In any case, it is his submission that since the Court has remanded the matter back to the Tribunal, appropriate could have been for the Tribunal to hear the matter on the date fixed, by this Court i.e., 13.02.2026 or on any date to which the matter has been adjourned, and decided the same. 6.

Without going into the submissions advanced by the counsel, we deem it appropriate to request the Tribunal to hear the counsel for the parties and decide the OA 3664/2023 Maj. Priyanka Singh vs Union of India & Ors. within a period of three months from today as an outer limit. 7.
