We have perused the application and the pleadings in support of the prayer herein.

The remedy taken recourse to, prima facie appears to be abuse of process of law.

The aforesaid conduct and approach on the part of the applicant warrants that they should pay cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Account within a period of one week from today.

We make it clear that if the cost, as directed, is not deposited, the applicant shall be restrained from participating in the election process. 6.
