An application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of petitioner for grant of bail in FIR No. 0260/2022, under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at PS: Kotwali. Chargesheet has been filed under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act. 2.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

Learned APP for the State points out that earlier BAIL APPLN. 285/2024, preferred on behalf of petitioner, was disposed vide order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court.
