The present application has been filed under Section 528 read with Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, (PMLA) seeking extension of interim bail till pendency of the regular bail application in ESIR/DLZO-II/03/2024 dated 16.03.2024 registered at Police Station Delhi Zonal Office-II. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that the bail matter of the co-accused are listed before this Court on 16.04.2025. 3.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 16.04.2025, the arguing counsel in the present case is not available, thus the matter either be listed on 15.04.2025 or 17.04.2025. 4.
