The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, (hereinafter 'Act') seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for the adjudication of the disputes between the parties arising out of a rent agreement dated 7th January, 2025. 2.

Admittedly, a notice invoking arbitration clause contained in the aforesaid agreement in terms of Section 21 of the Act has not been sent by the petitioner to the respondent.

In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
