% 10.04.2018 The plaintiff has filed the suit for recovery of 4,85,23,367/- against the defendants and seek a decree against them. During the course of the proceedings the matter has been amicably settled in the Mediation Cell and as per Settlement Agreement dated 24th January, 2018. The terms of the settlement are given in para 7. Both the parties agree to abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 24th January, 2018 as have entered the agreement voluntarily and without any undue influence from another.

In view of the above the decree is passed in terms of para 7(a) to (h) to the Settlement Agreement dated 24.01.2018 Ex.C-1. Since the matter is settled in the Mediation Centre the court fees be refunded to the plaintiff as per the Court Fees Act. The suit is disposed of.
