Learned APP for the State submits that though in the present case, the complaint is confined to cheated amount to the tune of Rs.9 lakhs, the total transaction in the account of M/s Srishti Enterprises, of which the applicant is the proprietor, runs into Rs.3 crores.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
