The present application under Sections 483 & 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 439 and 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 254/2024 under Sections 392/394/397/34/411 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Patel Nagar. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer for an expeditious trial. 4.
It is pointed out that the matter is fixed for consideration on the point of charge before the learned Trial Court on 25.04.2025. 5.
Leave granted.
