The present petition has been filed by applicant under Section 482 BNSS seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 458/2025, Under Section 108 BNS (Section 306 IPC) registered at PS-Ranhola. 2.

Prosecution version has been captured by this Court in the order dated 17.09.2025.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court vide aforesaid order dated 17.09.2025 subject to his joining the investigation. He submits that the petitioner had already joined investigation when the protection was granted by the learned Sessions Court.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court affirms the factum of petitioner having joined the investigation. On instructions, he further submits that the petitioner is not required in any further investigation. In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO concerned, further subject to the following conditions: i. Petitioner shall join further investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.

ii. Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 6.

It is clarified that the observations made herein above are only for the limited purpose of deciding the present bail application and the same shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 7.

The petition stands disposed of.
