CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1.

Petitioner herein is defending a partition suit. The case is already at the stage of final arguments and the present petition has been filed seeking limited direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal. 2.

From the last order sheet, it becomes apparent that the learned Trial Court has already heard arguments in part and the matter is now fixed for further arguments on 6th December, 2024 and, therefore, in such a situation, there is no reason to interject when the learned Trial Court has already heard the arguments in part and expeditious disposal seems to be on cards. 3.

The petition stands disposed of, accordingly. (MANOJ JAIN) JUDGE OCTOBER 9, 2024/ss By:SONIA THAPLIYAL 13:06:25
