The petitioners/defendants have assailed order dated 28.03.2025 passed by the learned trial court, thereby dismissing the application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC filed by the petitioners/defendants. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the arguments raised in the present petition at appropriate stage during trial. 4.

Accordingly the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
