Petitioner is defending a commercial suit seeking recovery filed by the respondent Bank and is aggrieved by order dated 18.09.2024 vide which the issues were framed.

It is contended that there were certain key aspects which were duly highlighted in the written statement but those had not been taken care of as no issues, to said effect, have been framed. 3.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking framing of additional issues.

It is expected that as and when such application is moved, learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
