Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, it is brought out that the representation of the petitioner in terms of the previous order dated 23.08.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 11697/2024, has since been decided vide Speaking Order dated 13.09.2024. A copy of the same be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. A hard copy of the same is taken on record, which be digitized by the Registry. 2.

The present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue an appropriate remedy, in case he is aggrieved of the aforesaid order, in accordance with law.
