The present petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 read with Section 2 (B) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- <It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to summon the respondent and he be punished for contempt for non compliance of the unforced settlement entered before Mediation Centre in appeal bearing no. 64 /2023 u/s 29 DV Act, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi Dated 15.02.2024 . An affidavit in support of this petition is enclosed .

Any other orders, directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.= 3.
