This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 91/2025, under Section 304(2)/317(2)/112(1) and (2)/3 (5) of BNS registered at P.S.Jaitpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties have come to an amicable settlement.

Learned APP at the very outset states that petitioner no.1 is involved in as many as 18 criminal cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that except for the present case, the petitioner no.1 is on bail in all the other cases. However, after part submissions, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 5.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
