He submits that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are his parents and respondent No.5 is his brother. It is submitted that none of the private respondents had ever threatened the petitioners or have caused any harm to them. Petitioners, who are present in person, submit that they do not apprehend any threat to their lives from the respondent Nos. 3 to 6 now. They seek liberty to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed of.
