% 09.10.2024 After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all contentions before the learned Trial Court. Counsel further submits that the applications of the other co-accused persons should be decided on their own merits, without being influenced by the bail order or the present petition. It goes without saying that each bail application must be decided independently, based on the facts and circumstances of the individual accused, and should not be influenced by the bail orders of others. This Court expects the learned Trial Court to follow the same procedure. Accordingly, the present petition, along with all pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
