By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 20.06.2024 passed by Ld. Judicial Magistrate-04, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi in Complaint Case No. 3437/2023. 2.

Since the present matter relates to the dismissal of petitioner's application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the said order being revisable, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before the Ld. Sessions Court.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and if any such petition is filed before the Ld. Sessions Court, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. Miscellaneous applications are also dismissed as infructuous.
