Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of petitioner for setting aide of order dated 24.09.2024 passed by learned Revisional Court whereby order passed by learned Trial Court closing the right to lead defence evidence was upheld.

Learned APP for the State/respondent no. 1 appears on advance notice. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner fairly informs that judgment has since been passed by the learned Trial Court convicting the petitioner in proceedings under Section 138 NI Act.
