% 24.05.2017 The fourth respondent Anwar Hussain, father of the second petitioner Rizwana @ Anjali submits that he is reconciled to the fact that she and the first petitioner Rajvanshi Roy are adult persons and have out of their choice and volition married each other.

He on being asked further submits and assures that he does not wish or intend to bring any harm to the petitioners. In view of this assurance given by the fourth respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petition is not pressed for any directions.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
